Why was I only paid 15.73 for order # 24-13330-186026
I was due $206.00 for this transaction and I only see a deposit for $15.73. Buyer paid for shipping cost , so where's my money?

·1 year agoIf you are saying your "Payout" was $15.73 you can see that detail from this page:
https://www.ebay.com/sh/fin/payouts
Click the "Payout ID" line for that $15.73
If your Summary Page shows funds there is probably more on hold still, which can be up to 30 days for new sellers.....

If that was for the first item you sold, the shipping and fee's for the second item was probably taken from the available funds.
Your next payout will be better.

·1 year agoAs a new seller, eBay holds your payout up to 30 days. You can use pending funds to cover the shipping costs.
New sellers and even old ones that have not sold in the past 90 days are subject to these holds.

·1 year agoNew sellers have a hold on payments. They do release the shipping right away so you can use it to ship the item. The rest of the funds are on hold. Often 30 days or less but can be longer in some cases.

·1 year agoWe can't see your sales by order number as we're not ebay.
But I'm guessing that as a new seller, the bulk of your money is being held for 30 days so it'll be there for a refund in the event there's a problem with the transaction.
