I have a question, why am I being charged by eBay Collection regarding my debt, even though my item was not sold on eBay.
but elsewhere. Please check my sales history, there my items are not sold at all on eBay, does that mean I have to pay eBay? This is unfair to me as a seller, even though eBay has explained that it will cut costs if the item is sold, please write off my debt which in fact I shouldn't owe eBay.</span>

OP2 years agoI looking again for my account, they charge me for reserve price, what is that for? i dont know about fee that charge for reserve price. Really need help, what i must to do.
i was sign up as a seller, because need money for selling thing.
but with ebay, when i not sold my item at they apps, i must paid? i think unfair for me

It is an extra fee for Reserves.
Yes, you must pay the extra fee even if you dont sell.
Most sellers do not have a reserve and just start the Auction at the least they will take.
Its not "unfair" - you did it and there are statements when you do it that you will be charged a fee.
Unfair is thinking you dont have to pay when others that do the same "reserve" pay.

·2 years agoDid you have a conversation through eBay messages with a buyer to take the sale off eBay?
If that is the scenario, then yes eBay is charging you a sales fee for listing on eBay then taking the sale offsite.

If you had an auction with a reserve price that is charged a fee that is non refundable. You owe for that fee.

·2 years agoWhen you sold it somewhere else did you cancel the eBay listing? That could be the reason you were charged a fee.
Or did you add optional upgrades to the listing?
