where (or how) to enter micro deposits on eBay?
i have received two micro deposits but i just can't find a place to put them in for account verification.
I clicked the red banner but it's nothing but instruction and back button.
I checked payment section and manage button under my bank account.
i checked selling section and all.
btw, I did not receive an email from eBay about the deposits. and Yes i did check my junk boxes and all.

·3 years agoSame issue this is so dumb there is no page for it... eBay is just getting worse and worse. There are obvious scam buyers on here and eBay doesn't even care enough to remove them.

·3 years agoSame problem! Sometimes the banner will be red and have a "learn more" button that takes you to a set of instructions. Sometimes it will be blue with an "update info" button that takes me to the same set of instructions with only a back button. I have not received any email with instructions from ebay. I have the deposits and money from listings sold but no way to receive money earned or verify micro deposits. This is insanity! I've wasted an incredible amount of time trying to figure this out! I've cleared the cache in the app. I've tried different browsers, different computers, tried clearing cookies in browser on phone and on computer. Absolutely nothing works! Sounds like a major issue that eBay needs to address immediately. I don't even know why I have to do this. I've had my bank account linked to my ebay for a long time and now all of a sudden I make a sale and it wants me to re-verify with absolutely no way to verify!

·3 years agoIs your email that is connected to your ebay account verified? I'm having the same issue, where I can see the micro deposits but I don't know where to put in that data. I went to my profile and my email wasn't verified. I don't know if that makes a difference considering I haven't had an issue receiving emails from them in the past. Also I added this bank account about a year ago and it wanted me to do these micro deposits now even though I have already done a real payout using the account already. I just changed my pay out schedule from daily to weekly and I did a manual payout. I don't think ebay gives themselves the permission to payout on schedule without the bank account being micro deposit verified, but if you do a manual payout it should work. That is as long as the bank account is already verified and connected with your ebay account.

It says this about micro deposits...
It can take up to 4 business days for microdeposits to reach your account, and we’ll email you to confirm they’ve arrived. The microdeposits will be withdrawn from your checking account within a few days.
