When I bought with my eBay card, they charged me, but the order failed.
I tried to buy an item but the app showed me a problem and sent me to the browser and when paying I made the payment but the purchase failed and the bank shows the money in transit and I have the email where the bank confirms the purchase but eBay doesn't show anything and I spoke to the seller and it doesn't show anything either.

·11 months agomight depend on your bank or card used but failed transactions usually fall off of pending status in about 3 business days.
if it was a gift card, then you might try reaching out to customer service, or call the number on the back of the card.
