We Have to REQUEST our Payouts Now?
I have my Payments set for DAILY PAYOUTS. Money was always sent to my bank account on weekends and I was supposed to have a payment sent this morning so it would hit my account tomorrow. The PAYOUT PAGE is totally Reconfigured with a new design and my money was not sent. NOW I have to REQUEST THAT MY MONEY BE SENT, and I have to type in EXACTLY HOW MUCH I WANT SENT and There is a notice that PAYMENTS will not be sent on WEEKENDS ANYMORE? Did I miss an announcement or did this change overnight?

·1 year agoI was wondering the same thing as my payout is set for daily payouts, too. Now, we need to request it and specify the exact amount. I thought eBay was making the process easier for us. Terrible! Thank you for info.

·1 year agoThe roll-out just phased in on my account. And it appears my order at 7:39 Pacific time on this Thursday will be paid out on Monday! Geez. It appears daily payouts are four days a week now for late Thursday paid orders.

Yeah, apparently, I missed that announcement as well!
Also noticed the PRE-CHECKED $2 Express payout. I hate when they auto-opt you in for
changes they make suddenly without warning. Why not inform users of a new available option,
and let us decide whether to opt in or not!?
Now, EVERYTHING is missing from the Payments tab in Seller Hub!! For 3 days! Frustrating!
Two days ago, I had a notification/banner at the top of the Seller Hub touting a "new &
improved" Seller Hub coming soon!!! Specifically, the "Overview" layout. And I'm thinking,
"NOOOOOOoooooooo, please no!!!" Again, fixing stuff that's not broken.
I suspect we will be seeing LOTS of weird things as they test (with live data on the live platform)
and rollout new pieces of the hub! Frustrating.

·1 year agoI used to get my payouts daily including weekends but now if I want payouts on Saturday or Sunday I will have to pay for it.

·1 year agoya as already noted, phased roll-out policy change, no more weekend payouts unless you do the express payout for $2, sucks but it is how it is, maybe someday they will change it again so those that want to can just opt out. it's not a glitch or technical issue.

·1 year ago@ekmadonna they changed the policy back in November but it seems to have been a phased rollout of the new policy so not all sellers have noticed it at the same time.

·1 year ago@ekmadonna They haven't done payouts on the Weekends for a few months now; the reason you are seeing 'request' is because they will do it but they will charge you.

Do you use the App or the website?
Mine are still set to weekly, every Tuesday.

How are payouts processed on weekends
eBay initiates payouts over the weekends Saturday through Sunday, however, if you're on a daily payout schedule, any payout initiated by eBay over the weekend (Saturday-Sunday) to your bank account will be processed on Monday for settlement to your bank account.

I find they are not always the same on everything. One of the reasons I hate using the app to sell stuff. But that's me.

OP1 year agoI am not talking about the PAYOUT Schedule, but They WILL NOT AUTOMATICALLY send money now it appears, and you have to REQUEST your money. They have EXPRESS PAYOUTS PRECHECKED and I can see my 289.80 which should have been sent this morning and was not, greyed out MINUS 2 DOLLARS already like they think I am going to do that. NOT HAPPENING

Sounds more like a bug with your view. Have you tried clearing cache and logging out (if on a browser) or closing out of the App and then restarting the device?
Have you ever used Express in the past?
And for the record, a daily deposit IS a payout schedule choice....
I'm not seeing any of these issues. Going to check the App.
Okay. App looks about the same (laid out differently is all)
If you are SET on Daily, on-demand payouts are disabled. Is it possible your SCHEDULE of Daily payouts got turned off? Did you check to make sure your option for Daily is enabled under Scheduled Payouts?
Finally, I'm not clear on why anyone would think a bank would be operating on a weekend? And this weekend has a holiday in it too. So while it might send a payout, it might not show up in the account till at least Monday anyway.
