I need to add a new card and tried several bank & credit and details are correct but ebay says' We couldn't verify this card. Please select a different payment method. There is nothing wrong with my cards and are still valid it must be ebay whoose wrong so what do I do?
I cannot buy anything on ebay (Unless I have some balance) I can still get paid as a seller though

It appears you are in the UK.
You may want to log out of the US .com site and try your payment on your home site or to post the question there.
Sometimes its just being logged into the incorrect site that causes issues.
Worth a try?
