waiting to get paid / ebay does not accept my Bank
locked out from getting paid. Ebay does not accept my bank / I do not have a debit card. what am I to do to get paid for an item I recently sold. Ebays Ai is ridiculous. ebay does not have a contact # or a customer service # I know now why Very frustrated

·2 weeks ago · EditedGo to your Seller Hub and press Help & Contact at bottom, then Press Contact Us at bottom. It should give you an option to message Support or have them call you, they are quite fast in responding.

·2 weeks ago · EditedeBay has a few phone numbers that are answered sporadically. If you call during normal business hours Monday thru Friday you may get thru to an employee. You will likely have to go thru several questions and options before you get the opportunity to ask for an agent.
I am not allowed to post a phone number in these forums but I can tell you where you may find it.
Have you ever purchased and paid for something from eBay with a Charge Card. If you have then the phone number should be on your Card Statement as part of the description for the eBay charge. If it is not then call your Card company and ask them for the phone number.
