Are there any? What are the requirements? Is your Ebay registered name necessary to be on the card?

You can't get paid through a prepaid Visa card.

Ebay requires a credit card to use as a back up incase it's needed to pay fees. The name on the credit card MUST be in the name that you used to set up this account. That name must also be in the bank account for managed payments. So if your name is Robert Smith, the name must be Robert Smith on Ebay and the bank and your ID.

You are in Slovenia. These are the Ebay USA boards. To receive payments here, you must be in MANAGED PAYMENTS. I don't know if you are going to sell in the USA or elsewhere. I am assuming that it's still MANAGED PAYMENTs if you intend to sell in the USA.
