If it's a prepaid Visa gift card they don't seem to work here. I noticed that over a year ago. You can use it for mail order from Walmart, they will accept it.
Except for suggestions, no one here can help with that. We are other buyers and sellers not eBay or your bank. If you are trying to buy something from a different country, your Visa card may not allow that. You would need to contact the issuing bank to ask questions about your card and what is allowed.
Otherwise, you would need to go to your account and add it as a payment source. Go down to "Payments" and add the account number for buying:

·2 years agoWhat kind of Visa card? Is this a credit card issued by your bank or did you purchase a Visa Gift card? The gift card version won't work.
