I am writing regarding an issue with my payouts, which are currently on hold.
I would appreciate it if you could clearly explain the reason for this hold and provide specific steps to resolve it. This delay is affecting my business operations, so I kindly request a prompt review of my account.

·3 months agoPayment holds for new/infrequent sellers is the norm.
No one needs to explain to you what you already agreed to. Go back and read all the selling policies, follow the link @ebooksdiva provided.
The number one reason there are holds exists are for this very fact you are asking about, sellers not knowing how the platform operates...you are just leaving the stove on and someone can get burned...eBay is just making sure it's not them.
Ebay operates the way eBay operates, not the way any of us think it should, so read and be familiar with the eBay system

There’s no eBay support in this community. There are only fellow eBay buyers and sellers here.
If your payouts are on hold it is because you are a new seller or infrequent seller or suddenly selling high value items.
eBay will hold your funds for up to 30 days.

If eBay required any information from you they will send a message with the inquiry.
