Updating personal information repeatedly
i saw that email about updating ur personal information and i've done it multiple times already but the email keeps resending and resets what i've updated, stuff like that.
i've got something on sale and have been waiting for withheld payments to go through until i send the item.
what is the solution?

·1 year agoI have been fighting that same problem for almost 9 months, haven't received a payout because of it for almost 4 months.
Nobody at Ebay seems to want to talk to me. I'm beginning to consider closing my account.

If a buyer purchased and paid for something, you MUST ship it. Do NOT wait for the money to get to your account.
New sellers are subject to holds on their funds but you have to ship the item.
