updating bank info
I am a seller on e-bay they are requesting I update my bank info before they will send me my payout, I hae done it twice and they keep telling me it's incorrect, it's the same bank I have been using for years, what can I do??

·4 months agoSometimes banks change their account numbers, and while the old one may still work for some purposes, it may not work on eBay anymore. I agree with reaching out to your bank.

·4 months agoContact your bank and check that the info they have is the same as your giving eBay. You may have to contact eBay if you can't get that taken care of. Link to customer service
