why do I keep getting emails about updating my account when it's already been updated? I got verification from ebay and I still get the threatening emails

·3 years agoEbay sent a threatening email? Hmmmm. Anyway, have you provided ebay with your social security number? Did they ask for a copy of your ID? Maybe the verification has to do with the bank account. Now ebay wants a copy of a valid ID.

OP3 years agoI haven't been asked for a valid ID yet. I updated my account again and got verification. Still waiting for the next email that says I haven't updated...At that point I will call them.

I am still getting emails telling me to update.
I will be calling them later today
What exactly are the messages asking you to do?
Not only do they ask you to verify who you are, but they also may require you to supply receipts for the items you sell.
