unauthorized transactions

On 8/14/2025 my account was charged for two transactions I did not make.. How can I contact ebay to find out about this I have order numbers. $117.62

Sign in to your account- Log in to your eBay account.
Use the Resolution Center- Go to eBay's Resolution Center to file a formal case about the unauthorized purchase.
Report the transaction- Use the provided options to report your concern and provide all necessary details about the transaction.

KEEP IN MIND, REPORTING FRAUD GOES ON YOUR CREDIT REPORT, JUST LIKE A MISSED PAYMENT OR ANYTHING ELSE.
credit card company's keep a record of it to prevent people from abusing the process. which sucks but it is what it is.

Definitely do the password change.

Definitely check with everybody who have possibly had access to your account to make sure they have not purchased anything.

Are those transactions on your purchase history? If so are they being sent to your address?

Besides changing your password (NOW), I'd check to see if someone in your household made the purchase(s) using your account without your permission if that scenario is applicable.

If not then as tobaccocardyahoo suggested contacting your payment source is the best advice.

I don't know if contacting eBay would do you any good or not. Maybe someone will come along that can better advise you in that regard.....................

2 Steps to take before you do anything else.

1. Change the password on your Ebay account

2. Contact your credit card issuer or other source of your payment.

Then use the contact us link on any Ebay page to chat
