Unable to change pay out method
Having problems adding a bank account to my pay out methods.. it allowed me to add a debit card, but not a bank account. I go through all the steps until the last verification and after I press verify it sits on that page and just loads.. any thoughts on how to fix this?

·1 month agoCould be the bank is not on the list that can process payouts. Are you trying to add a checking account or other? You need to use a checking account and routing number for payouts and all information needs to match between the checking account and your eBay information.

OP1 month agoI found my bank.. but it won’t load the last page. It may be possible that my information doesn’t match, I can check that. Thanks!

·1 month agoHi! I would try clearing the browser cache. A cache is files your computer stores to lead websites faster. Below are different ways to clear your browser cache. Please note deleting your cache may log you out on some sites. If the cache was cleared but still loads, please try "Incognito Mode" or "Private Browsing."
Google Chrome
Open Chrome and click the three dots in the top-right corner.
Select Delete browsing data (or go to Settings > Privacy and security > Delete browsing data).
Choose a time range, such as All time.
Check Cached images and files (uncheck history or passwords if you want to keep them).
Click Delete data. [1, 2, 3]
Microsoft Edge
Open Edge and press Ctrl + Shift + Delete.
Select Cached images and files.
Choose your time range (e.g., All time).
Click Clear now. [1, 2]
Mozilla Firefox
Open Firefox and click the three horizontal lines in the top-right corner.
Go to Settings, then choose Privacy & Security on the left.
Scroll to Cookies and Site Data and click Clear Data.
Check Cached Web Content and click Clear. [1]
Apple Safari (iPhone & iPad)
Open your device Settings app.
Scroll down and tap Safari.
Tap Clear History and Website Data. [1]

OP1 month agoI had tried it on the mobile app every time so far. I just tried it on my browser and it worked! I guess the app has a bug or smth. Thanks for the help!

·1 month agoWeird. I would first reinstall the app. And if it still has issues, I would check your device storage. Lower storage can cause app issues
