Unable to change bank account for payouts
Trying to DELETE a bank account for over a week now.. I added a different bank account and it STILL is not allowing me to DELETE the former account and add the new bank account for payouts to that new bank account. I received confirmation that the new bank account was successfully added but it STILL will not allow me to change the payouts to new account. I called EBAY, and NO AGENT EVER COMES ON! WHAT IS GOING ON EBAY/ Imprive your customer service as it is AWFUL!
