How do I actually get in touch with support to look at a $18 sale, resulting in $14.39 with a $2.49 payout?
I sold 3 items for $18 each with each buyer paying for shipping, yet my adjusted earnings after one of the transactions (less buyer cost, shipping and selling fees) resulted in a $2 payout. I need someone to review transaction 377361413383

·1 month agoyou do not get a straight payout, listing fee's, transaction fee's, promotional fee's and any other fee's or refunds are taken out of your available payout (you get paid what is left over after all is said and done). Ebay is not taking your money or anything else, just look at your transactions and it is all there.
