You need to look in messages on your my eBay page and at the email you were sent by eBay. Without knowing the reason, I can't give any suggestions. If it's because you failed to submit required paperwork, sending them what they want might help.
However, indefinitely sounds like there is nothing more you can do. You can try and contact eBay but don't hold out too much hope.
