@marissgrubb-1, how did you pay for these purchases?
Did you use PayPal, and pay from your bank account?
If so, then you may have paid with an e-check, which can take several days to clear. Up to 5 days if your bank accepts the charge the first time, or up to 10 business days if PayPal has to submit the charge a second time. If you don't have a credit card on file with PayPal as a backup payment method, or if the CC has expired, then a bank account payment will be processed by PayPal as an e-check. A lot of the time, this will start happening without warning when it's close to the expiration date on the CC, and the buyer may not realize why it's happening.
Unfortunately, e-checks don't always clear within the 4-day payment time that eBay uses as the default. The payment stays pending, and if it doesn't clear in time, then the payment (and transaction) will be canceled.
If that's what's happening, there is nothing the sellers can do to "accept" the payment, or make it clear faster.
This isn't Ebay Inc. It is a community discussion forum for buyers and sellers. Did you try to contact those sellers and ask them if they have shipped yet? Did you check your purchase history? You'll see the item and if the little house on the left is checked off, it will state "shipped." Were these sellers US sellers or were the international sellers? Some sellers do not ship to the US.
Is this question about payment or shipping? If it shows in your purchase history that you have paid, does it show that the items have been shipped? There is no accepting payment, you pay they ship. If you don't receive the item by the date shown, you open a dispute, item not received, one day later. How long ago did you buy and has the receive by date passed?
Were these new sellers?
Did you go outside of eBay to make these payments?
Were these US sellers?
They could have been shipped using something like Stamps dotcom ship or taken to the post office and just did not mark as shipped or didn't add tracking number.
These are user boards, other buyers and sellers, so we can't see what you bought or your account that is not public.
eBay won't see that here. You need to contact the sellers. What payment service did you use? Did you get any reply from the payment service or any error messages. Are they new sellers? If so they might not have payments set up.

·3 years agoLooks like you buy a lot of digital game items, which the sellers don't own.
You know they can't be sold or bought and could get your game account closed.
