K9 ? I can't say I've ever heard of a US federal income tax form called simply a "K9". Could that be a tax form for your state income tax?
Or could you possibly mean a 1099-K? A 1099-K does not include any breakdown of how much an eBay seller pays/paid in shipping costs or in eBay's fees, or "etc."
You may need to talk to an actual tax professional. You don't give enough information in your question for anyone, even if they know, to be able and try to help you.

After you receive that (save to file), you will need to do the rest of the bookkeeping from your records.

-What "tax form" are you referring to? The 1099K that eBay (and other online sales venues) issue to those who meet the IRS's gross sales threshold?
