Talking about gift cards? There is a number on the back you can use to report if they were stolen. However, if you gave the number to a scammer they drain the cards of value very quick.
Did you pay for some item you found on another site ? That was a scam.

Why would you want to stop them from being used?

If you have given out the codes for eBay gift cards for a purchase that was not made ON EBAY then you have been scammed.
Likely your money is gone.
