Shipping rebate

I may be getting to old to sell on eBay (been here for about 30 years) or maybe it is eBays idea of a joke 😉 but I don't see a way to send the buyer a refund on the shipping. Whats up???

You don't have to break out the amounts among line items unless you want to - you can just put in one amount in the last field and the system does it -

On my Order screen, in an individual order, I use the pulldown for More Actions and send the refund from there.

Go to your orders and click refund in the menu.

Be sure to change the amount or you'll give a full refund.

It's there in Seller Hub/Orders (hover) and click ALL orders.

Find the order- off to the left there is a circle with 3 dots in it; click it and in the drop down you can scroll down further than seen and click 'send refund'.

follow prompts, inputting amount, reason etc.
