Shipping label charge
I had difficulty unties with my printer and was finally able to print ONE label. They have charged me for two. I want my money back for the second charge. Anyone know how to get anywhere with this? All I get is the **bleep** chat bots asking me the same questions, even though i stated the problem multiple times, 😞

·8 months agoHandy tip. Save the label as a .JPEG Then you can reprint is as often as needed and have it if you need to look back at it.

·8 months agoIf you were charged for 2 labels, that means you purchased a second label instead of using "reprint" on the first label. Follow the other poster's instruction to cancel the unused label.

·8 months agoYou have 28 days to void the shipping label.
Go to your shipping labels and click Cancel/Void in the menu next to the label.
It'll take 3 to 4 weeks to receive the refund.
