Shipping Delays Cost $6000 to Buyer
I purchased three fur coats prior to Christmas. Upon receipt, they were not as pictured and poor quality. I requested return and items were mailed back to Poland. Fast forward after winter storms, global pandemic and war in Europe the coats laid in customs in the US forever before finally arriving in Poland. In the midst of all of this and detailed communication, eBay closed my case stating that it was past the 30-day time frame. The coats have finally left Poland customs and they have been trying to deliver to the seller (three month later). The seller is NOT accepting the coats now and eBay will NOT assist. They have the tracking information to verify all of this but continue to refuse stating the case is now closed due to the timing of the request. I cannot control the postal system. The coats total over $6000 collectively and I keep getting closed messages. I am furious, I have to now likely involve an attorney who will charge at least half of not all of the payment. This is not the eBay I recall from 10 years ago and I caution all of you. Please be careful and protect yourselves. I am leaving for good as soon as this is resolved. What a disappointment to what used to be a really quality and ethical company. All the best to you. Stay safe and protect yourselves. Unfortunately Amazon dose not sell mink coats but their customer service is second to none.

·3 years agoIf the seller isn't accepting delivery won't they be returned? Resell them.
Or, if you paid with PayPal they have 180 days coverage. Email them and let them know you returned the purchase and the seller is refusing delivery.
If you didn't pay with PayPal but you paid with a credit card file a chargeback.
