Selling on eBay no negative feedbacks why payouts are put on hold

My payouts are being put on hold when I have no negative or neutral feedbacks. I called eBay customer service and I canâ€™t get through to anyone the automated system wonâ€™t answer my questions.There is no reason for this can someone tell me where to go next thanks Mike Jones

Yes, read the Help pages on payment holds presented by other posters.

Your feedback has nothing to do with payout holds. It has everything to do with being a new seller. As @monica-sells posted regarding Payout Holds policy

You mentioned there is "no reason for this...."

This snippet is from ebay help pages....:

so, there are a few reasons delaying your payouts...primarily being a relatively new seller....

as you sell more and establish yourself, the wait times will shorten to as little as 1 or 2 days.....

New or infrequent sellers will experience transaction holds while learning best selling practices. This helps sellers become established and build a strong selling history on eBay. New sellers typically experience holds for up to 14 days, although sometimes it may be longer
