Seller Question about Payment for a Pick-up only Item

Hi, I'm selling a mid-century kidney shaped glass coffee table by Adrian Pearsall. It's so big and fragile that I don't trust shipping it out. It's a two piece coffee table. The wooden legs are separate from the glass top, which is approximately 50" long by 35" wide. I can't imagine shipping it but maybe I have a limited imagination. I know it will severely limit whoever wants to buy this piece, but I put it on pick-up only anyway, at least for now. I'm not sure that I understand the payment process for ebay pick-up only policy for items over $1000 like this one is. I see that it cannot be paid in advance, which I am used to on ebay. I'm a bit jumpy about how I'm going to get paid if the customer picks it up first without paying. Can someone please explain the process to me? Thank you in advance.

Your item is showing all the usual digital payment options, with no cash on pickup option. The listing requires paying in advance.

Can you add a screenshot showing why you think it can't be paid in advance of pickup?
