Ripped Off by Express Payouts?
A couple months ago, I had something come up and needed money in my bank account immediately. I had NEVER used express payouts before. I tried to set one up but could not... so I contacted an agent through chat and received a call. The rep told me I had to set up regular weekly payouts AND add my debit card number to do express payouts, which couldn't process same day. So, getting to the point, I could NOT get an express payout that day. So after setting up weekly payouts AND adding my debit card number, I switched back to daily payouts, as I had set up before this came up.
Come to find out after a month's worth of regular daily payouts, eBay had been charging me an express payout fee on EVERY payout, though I had set NONE up as express! When I contacted them, they said my BANK had charged those fees! LIES! I want to know if anyone else has been burned by these fees and what we can do about it? eBay should refund them.
