Request for release of funds – completed digital transaction
Hello,
I am contacting you regarding a recently completed transaction on eBay.
The item sold was a digital license key (Calman license), therefore no physical shipping was required. The license details were delivered directly to the buyer, the transaction was completed successfully, and both parties are satisfied with the outcome. The buyer has already provided feedback confirming receipt.
Given that this was a digital-only transaction with no shipping involved, I kindly request that the funds not be held unnecessarily for several weeks and that the payment be released as soon as possible.
Please let me know if you require any additional information from my side.

·8 months agoYour terms are not allowed.
You can not advertise that you send the item USPS from your location as USPS only ships FROM the USA.
And ebay does not allow you to input a physical shipping option on digitally delivered items.
PLUS another violation is only accepting Paypal as that is considered asking for payment outside of the ebay platform. Buyers have multiple ways to pay through ebay and you can not specify just one.
You can get suspended for not following policies.

·8 months agoYou are posting on the USA site, our rules for digitally delivered items may be different, you might want to check your home site for your rules. These are the rules we have to follow so suggest you check yours.

·8 months agoYou are not speaking to Ebay here, just other members like yourself. As a brand new seller, you can expect your funds to be held for up to thirty days.You wouldnt be the first seller to receive a positive feedback, then three weeks later have the buyer file a refund case against you. Ebay has a 30 day money back guarantee for buyers, and offers no seller protection for digital items.
