Refund transaction reference number and details.
Having issue with a refund that was issued to me since the 29 of June and it’s over 14-15 working day I’m yet to receive the money in my account. I have try contacting customer service but to no avail only the automated system but not helping me with solution. I will need the transaction reference number and every detail. Please help me in here

Yes. Call the credit card company or your bank and see if it’s pending.
