refund
can anyone help me out pls i place an order on 1 aug and i cancelled my order the same day after 2hr and the seller has refunded the amount (thats what it says) and its been 3 days now i still havent received my payment in my account but in purchase's it says refunded and i cant call ebay coz i live in south africa is there any way i can contact them pls and now a while ago i recieved an email from ebay saying i should expect delivery tomorrow but its been refunded
idk what to do

·1 year agoebay is not wrong as for their part, the refund would have been issued. That does not mean it is available again from your payment source.
Your refund is subject to 2 things: 1) the payment processor whom handled the funds for ebay (either ebay or a 3rd party) has a fixed processing time to initiate & return the funds to your funding source. 2) The funding source you used has a fixed processing time, once it receives the funds back from the payment processor, to post to your account. Every payment source is different.

The refund will return to the original payment method.
Once eBay refunds your funds can take a while to get to your CC, if thats what you used.
