receiving pay out

hey

It's been a year now that I receive my payout after shipping the products, recently I sold a set of coins to a buyer in Spain and my money is blocked with a notification that says I have to wait until the buyer receives the item.

Is that normal?

Funds are held at times to insure that the transaction went positively and to back up the money back guarantee. Did you add tracking numbers to all of your sold items?

Maybe the buyer has a habit of claiming not received and gets refunded because sellers before you didn't ship with tracking, or shipping there is slow which allows them to get refunded and get the item when it finally shows up.
