Querying payout on completed item
I have not received a payout from eBay on a completed item. Account details are correct as I have been receiving funds before and after the date the payout was supposedly paid. The robot was good enough to detail all payouts made over a period including the one I am querying but there was no opportunity to ask about the funds not being in my account. Any ideas where to go next? Thanks
