Previous bank card blocked and must recieve a refund.
Hello ebay. I am writing here to inform you that my previous bank card ending 7831 is blocked anymore and it must receive a refund from the item dbx sound management 215 euros. So now I add a new bank card if it's possible to send the refund on bank card ending 5424. Let me know my new gmail is [Removed by Moderator]. thanks

When you post here in this community you are addressing fellow eBay members not eBay.
Unless you selected that your refund be in the form of a gift card your refund will go to the method of payment used when you originally made the purchase.
If your new card is through the same bank you can contact that bank to ensure any refunds posted to your previous account that is now blocked is transferred to your new card. If the new card is through a different bank you may need to contact the bank that issued you the old card to have your money sent to you.
Changing where refunds go is not something eBay can do.
