postage refund
I sold 4 DVD's. Customer paid for shipping on each DVD. I Combined and mailed all together. How do I refund the extra postage back to buyer.

Simple -- Go to your "Orders" page.
Find the items which your buyer purchased.
Next to each item is a little blue box, with an arrow inside. Click on that box, and scan down to "Send refund."
You may have to send an individual refund on each item, unless you are permitted to do all the refunds at once.
