I ordered a jacket through ebay commerce, I waited 2 weeks before contacting the seller, I never received any notification about my order so I contacted the seller but no reply. I was wondering how do I get my money back?

If you don’t receive your item by the last estimated date of delivery, you can open an item not received case.
To do that go to your purchase history, click the drop down menu it will say MORE ACTIONS.
Click “I didn’t receive it†follow the prompts to confirm request.
Your seller has 2 days to upload tracking showing delivery or refund, if by day 3 you don’t receive tracking or refund. You can go back to the case and that’s when you can ask eBay to step in to get your money back.
