I am trying to pay for an item. I won this item on the 17th. I have tried, unsuccessfully, multiple times a day since then to pay for this item. Every time i attempt to check out, i get a "Please check your payment details or use a different payment method" error. I have tried to pay with Venmo, PayPal, eBay balance, Visa, and a debit card. None works. To make this more confusing, I have been able to purchase items from two other sellers during the same period (after the 17th). Chat directed me to delete all my payment methods, try to check out again, and add the card at that point. That wouldn't work either.
