PayPal Pay In 4 Completely Gone
It seems i can no longer use pay pal pay in 4 as an option when purchasing. Ebay just takes the full amount without taking you to the PP option screen where you can select which card/account they can debit from whilst also having the he option to Pay In 4 like it used to.
Will ebay change this by any chance?

You should still be able to use pay-in-4 for transactions that qualify, but that may not work for auctions or offers if the seller requires a payment method in advance.
Normally that option should appear on the same page where you see your PayPal wallet and you can choose a payment method in your PayPal account.
If you mean that when you check out of eBay and select PayPal, you are not able to choose a specific payment method in your PayPal wallet but one is automatically selected for you, in that case go to your eBay Payments page in your eBay account and delete the entry for PayPal that appears there.

The next time you check out on eBay and choose PayPal, you should be sent to your PayPal wallet page and given a chance to pick a specific payment method.
