Was money taken from your account fraudulently or did a buyer file a return request and ebay put a hold on your funds? If the latter, it's not fraud. If the former, contact your bank.

a.) buying on OTHER sites
b.) paying for shipping labels here using your credit card
c.) buying stuff on eBay
