Payouts/New User
Hi, I am new to eBay and I am concerned as to where my payout is. I should have a payout by now, it said it would be available today but it doesn't even show a scheduled payout or any history of one, although it does say funds are available and ready for payout. I've tried everything I can think of! I've gotten on the website instead of the app and checked my bank info and everything. I was never informed of any need for verification of any kind and nothing else needed so I am registered as a seller. What do I do? I do have 2 orders I've shipped out additionally, but they've been paid so I don't have outstanding charges from those. I am so confused.

·7 months agoYour first sale was December 12. Expect your first payment to be sent January 12 if there are no problems.

·7 months agoThere is a 30 day hold on payments of new sellers or infrequent sellers.
but they've been paid'...not sure what this means...
The only sure way is to check your checking account which is hooked up to your debit card to see if you actually got paid from eBay.
I check my banking online every day.

If you've received payouts already, then I'd say that you must be registered and onboarded with Managed Payments. Hmmm... 🤔
