Payout's blocked for a second time in two weeks.
So we got the random payouts blocked message from Ebay saying our account on August 1st ( On Ebay since 2020, 99.8% feedback rating, no unresolved or disputed transactions, and no changes to our U.S. bank account). The message said it would be reviewed in 5 days, which turned into 10 but it did finally allow a payment to go through. After the payment was made Ebay put us back on the blocked payout list. Contacted a payment support person via chat who could not give a reason but said it would take 21 days before the payouts would resume.
Anyone else having this issue or is Ebay sending us a message they want us to close our Ebay store?

They do not look at "eBay since 2020, 99.8% feedback rating".
I don't know how much you sold this month and last month...a little or a lot? If you sell a lot every single month then usually they do not hold funds. If you just started selling this month but not for a while in the past...they usually might put a hold for 30 days on your funds.
And going from not selling to selling a lot in a month might put a hold on your funds also.
I suggest just wait it out. Check every day in "available funds"...they usually will not tell you when funds are released...it will just happen.
