Payouts
Sold 2 items on eBay. £800. Over 2 months ago, the money was allegedly credited to a bank account that has been closed since august last year. EBay claim the money was credited to the account. The bank has written a letter to say that the account was never credited with the payouts. EBay will not investigate and refuses to give back the money it owes saying it sent the money to a ‘closed’ account and doesn’t have the money. EBay has my new bank details for the last 2 months and still has not returned my money. Really? I now have to report this to police and proceed with legal action.
