Question

My question is about payouts! I may be dense asking this question but I want know if the buyer pays for shipping why am being charged for the label?

Here is a graphic to help you understand the process that has been explained previously....

1. Buyer paid shipping that is included in your funds (What your Buyer Paid)

2. You (Seller) buy shipping label from those available funds. (deducted from ORDER TOTAL )

on the shipping page you can scroll down & select where you want the shipping funds pulled from. You must have selected your payment source rather than pending funds

Iâ€™m very curious because the cost of the label appears on CC and my payouts donâ€™t seem correctâ€¦.

@rostyburcz0 It's really very simple. The buyer pays you the shipping money + Item cost + any taxes. eBay then takes their fees from that total and also remits the taxes paid to the buyer's state. You then take the shipping money buyer paid you and purchase the label. What is left is your net income.

@rostyburcz0 The buyer pays you to ship it. You use that money to pay the carrier to deliver it.
