Payout withdrawal portion

Currently if a seller initiates a payout request, the whole amount is sent rather than a requested portion. It would be best to leave some amount in the balance to buy items, cover new shipping, etc.

How do you withdraw only a portion of the payment balance?

@streamjett - It's very simple. If you are enrolled in Spendable funds, then you will have on-demand payout schedule. You can choose to withdraw only a portion of funds via on-demand and leave the rest for buying items, cover shipping costs, fees etc

A better solution is to set up a PAYPAL account and then set it up to pay for your EBAY shipping. Set it up with a credit card and ONLY use that to pay for your ebay purchases. Set your payout to go completely to your bank. That is exactly how I have it set up. 2 Ebay selling accounts. All funds go to the bank. All shipping is paid for by my credit card. One of the accounts is set up to buy and the only payment option to pay is the credit card. Ebay never gets their grubby hands on my payouts. Ebay gets to pay a fee to Discover card every time that I use it to ship an item or pay for an item. I also get to earn cash back. On top of that, by having a credit card, I have an extra layer of buyer protection. Everything is perfectly legal. Of course, when the credit card bill comes in at the end of the month, you need to pay it in full.

The worse way to pay for an item on ebay is through your payouts. Less buyer protection folks.

Yes, all or nothing. It would be good to not have a zero balance in spendable funds.
