Payout method window is completely empty - seller registered in Pakistan
Hi all, I am a new seller. My account is registered in Pakistan and I want to sell on ebay.com and ebay.co.uk.
When I go to Payments > Payout method > Add Payment Method, the window loads completely empty. No options appear at all and the Continue button stays greyed out. Same result on desktop Chrome, in incognito, in the eBay mobile app, and on the UK site (which tells me payment info is only available on the US site).
Seller Hub is active, my email and phone are verified, business policies are set up, and there are no alerts or holds showing on my account. I also tried listing an item - the missing-fields error mentions photos, description and item location, but never mentions payments, so the payout setup is not being triggered there either.
My questions:
Is Payoneer payout supported for accounts registered in Pakistan?
2. Is the payout option only offered during seller registration, and if so how do I restart that step?
3. Has anyone had this empty Add Payment Method window and found what fixed it?
The automated chat assistant keeps looping and will not connect me to an agent. Any advice would be appreciated. Thank you.
