Payout
I have completed a sale. Shipped, received by buyer, payout completed, eBay says funds available, all financial information correct, never received the payout. Assistant is absolutely no help & I see it’s impossible to reach out to a live person at eBay. How can I resolve this and get paid?

·6 months agoAll new and infrequent sellers are subject to payment holds, and large sales or one outside of your normal selling patterns will trigger holds as well. You have three recent sales, the first of which was only a week ago.
This page has details of the types of holds that may apply, and a link to check on the status of your current payment holds: https://www.ebay.com/help/selling/getting-paid/getting-paid-items-youve-sold/payments-hold?id=4816#section3

·6 months agoOne of the things that eBay tells new sellers is that their funds can be held for 30 days.
This also applies to infrequent sellers, or to those who've gone along for years listing low dollar items and then suddenly pop up with the sale of that diamond bracelet that you never did like and now want to get rid of.
