Payments on hold
I recently sold some items earlier this month and they have delivered and the buyer paid. Even though I have a bank account set up I still have not gotten my payment which is listed as “on hold†and I don’t know why since my order delivered on June 3rd. How do I get my payments?

·1 year agoTo add to what others have said, the item being a fairly expensive Lego set makes it more likely to (possibly) be disputed in a claim. It's good that the buyer left a glowing feedback so a claim is unlikely but ebay doesn't tend to recognize that as grounds to release funds early on a new/infrequent seller.

·1 year agoMost, if not all, new sellers can have their funds held for 30 days.
I think this information is included in the new seller info that you read when you signed up to become a seller.

·1 year agoI believe that the policy reads that new sellers may have payments held for 14 days or longer, sellers on restriction 30 or longer. Seems reasonable for a new buyer to ask about payment speed after a couple of weeks, especially because it isn’t a min of 14 or 30 days - just an indication that it might take weeks. Wouldn’t some people be confused?

·1 year agoif you are new, the hold can be up to 30 days. What are you reading or thinking that says you are not subject to a hold?
