Payments never received in bank account after payout

I've sold two items so far and the buyers have paid the money it shows on eBay it was stored on ebay until I I made it to a payout to send to my bank account, on eBay it shows the payment was sent out but after 3 months the payment still hasn't appeared in my bank account, please help.

Check the Payments section of the Seller Hub and see what the status of the payment is.
