Are they actual banks and not something like Cash App?

I put my banking info in one time with no issues since.

Yea i tried it with us bank and wells fargo bank says we cant verify the bank

Does the information in your Ebay account exactly match the information in your bank accounts.?

Do you actually have checking accounts with those banks?
You need your routing number and account number.

Then eBay verifies with 2 micro deposits.

You submit the micro deposits amounts you see deposited into your checking account to verify.
Your banking information must match your eBay information.
