payment restriction
Hi There
Can anyone help please I am about in tears of frustration now.
My account suddenly became restricted, so i went through all the things I should do uploaded driving licence etc this was three days ago and its still restricted. I have tried every form of contact and they do not reply Help please

·1 year agoUnfortunately, nobody here can help you with that except to reassure you that things will go back to normal soon. They need time to review your submitted materials and info, and they have a large pool of sellers to verify at any given time.
This happened to me during the winter holiday season (beyond frustrating) and to the best of my recollection it took about 5 days to get reinstated. Assuming you followed the steps correctly and all of your info is up to date, you shouldn't be waiting much longer. Hang in there.
