I have two items that I sent out several weeks ago and both buyers have said they received the items, but they have not marked it as delivered. How do I get the money for the orders? Or when will it automatically mark as delivered?

·4 months agoFor sellers always wondering why eBay has payment holds...this is one of the reasons. Without having tracking you leave yourself and eBay vulnerable to BBE with a INR claim or not being able to verify a successful delivery. eBay wants their sellers to understand and know all the aspects of selling to provide the best experience possible for buyers without causing added expense. And if there is added expense, eBay wants that cost to be totally on the seller. Since this sale is vulnerable to issues, eBay may hold the money for the entire 30 day MBG period....hopefully not, but if they do, we all know why
This is why, in time, as sellers prove themselves, the payment holds drop off. Plus if you are an infrequent seller, hold may come back on as policies may have changed that you are not aware of, and you need to relearn & prove yourself all over again

·4 months agoSince you shipped without tracking it will never be marked as delivered. When you ship without tracking you better hope your buyers are honest or they can open INR cases and get a full refund.

·4 months agoIf you didn't use tracking, it'll never be marked delivered.
There's nothing the buyer can do about it.
Without tracking, they'll probably hold the funds for 30 days.
Until then, hope you have honest buyers and don't file an INR, because you'll be refunding.

Look at the tracking- does it state 'delivered'??
I'll guess because you are waiting for a payment. A few weeks/months after an item is delivered will you see your $$.
